Workers' Comp Care for New Jersey Businesses

IMCC is the area's leader in primary care Workers’ Compensation evaluation and treatment. Our physicians have many years of experience dealing with the delicate balance of issues presented by patients who have been injured on the job. Efficient medical care is delivered to the employee while always addressing the interests of the employer.

Our expanded capabilities allow us to treat all manner of industrial injuries and illnesses 7 days a week on a walk-in basis. From simple sprains, strains, lacerations and contusions to burns, electrical injury, fractures, inhalation injury and other occupational diseases, IMCC is the place to start with the initial acute care injury or illness. In most cases, our physicians can follow the case through completion and return to work. We carry a complete line of splints, casts and other orthopedic appliances to attend to injuries immediately. When a specialist is needed, we rely on our long term working relationship with local orthopedists, spine surgeons, hand surgeons and others to treat your employee quickly and efficiently.

We participate with most Worker’s Compensation insurance companies and managed care plans and can coordinate care and referrals with your case manager. We also provide in-house case management so you always know what’s happening with your injured employees.

IMCC physicians are keenly aware of the needs of the workplace and provide same day reports to the employer and/or insurance company regarding the treatment plan, referrals, and return to work disposition. If there are functional restrictions, modified duty status is always reported.

Supported by the ARCON Functional Capacity Evaluation system, very specific recommendations are made from objective functional data regarding a worker’s modified or full duty capabilities. This helps you determine job placement with confidence while we continue to work with the patient/employee to maximal medical benefit.
