Lawrence N. Earl, MD-Medical Director
General Practice & Occupational Medicine
Dr. Earl is Executive Director of IMCC. A 1982 graduate of the Medical College of Wisconsin, Dr. Earl has over 20 years experience in General and Occupational Medicine. After residency and primary care practice in Seattle, WA, he joined IMCC at the Chester office as a staff physician in 1987. He then became Corporate Medical Director for HealthNet, based in Oakland, NJ, in 1990, managing 13 primary care offices in New Jersey, New York and Connecticut. In 1993, Dr. Earl returned to IMCC at the Parsippany location as Medical Director. In 1999 he successfully merged the Chester and Parsippany IMCCs, which had been owned and operated separately since 1987. His responsibility and focus involves oversight of all medical care provided by staff physicians, administrative oversight, quality assurance policies, direction of corporate health programs, and service development and expansion programs. Dr. Earl lectures locally on a variety of general and occupational health issues, is a certified Medical Review Officer (MRO) and long standing member of both the AMA (American Medical Association) and ACOEM (American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine). He is also co-founder and board member of Atlantic Physician Services, Inc., providing administrative services to 10 primary care offices in northern New Jersey.
Dr. Earl resides in Chester, NJ, with his wife of 25 years and three children. His interests include sailing, tennis, skiing, travel, exotic cuisine, e-everything and many outdoor activities with the family, including a 60 mile backpacking adventure in the mountains of New Mexico at the Philmont Scout ranch with his son, Nicholas, sailing the Virgin Islands and the Chesapeake Bay on "Good Medicine" (www.sailgoodmedicine.com), as well as sailing twice from the Chesapeake Bay to the Virgin Islands, and returning from the islands to Bermuda, then back to Annapolis, Md.
Recently, Dr. Earl has started "MiniMedCare" (www.minimedcare.com). These new medical offices will be located in shopping and other high traffic areas near pharmacies, providing convenient access to health care for simple everyday medical problems not requiring the full capabilities of our urgent care centers.
Kerry McMahon , MD-Family Medicine
Dr. McMahon completed the Mountainside Family Practice Residency Program located in Montclair, NJ, in June 2004 and became board certified in Family Medicine in July 2004. She spent four wonderful years on the beautiful campus of Drew University where she majored in Psychobiology and subsequently attended UMDNJ: New Jersey Medical School in Newark, NJ, graduating in May 2001. She is currently a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
She has lived in New Jersey all her life and grew up in Bergen County. She currently lives in Sussex County and is enjoying the more rustic areas of the state. She enjoys reading, going to movies and visiting with her nephew.
